Four domains of satisfaction were assessed: training program since joining the institution (‘training’), personal work organisation, institution’s overall organisation of clinical research (‘institution’s organisation’), and personal career management by the institution (‘career management’). The full black lines represent the median values for the sample, and the grey dotted lines represent the 1st (inner) and 3rd quartile (outer)
